Why did he say "v'Atah Kumah? l'Nuchecha"?
'Rashi': Cause that [Your Mikdash] will not move about like until now, from Shilo to Nov and from Nov to Giv'on.
Radak: This should be the place where You and the Aron will rest permanently.
Why did he say "Atah va'Aron Uzecha"?
'Rashi': Also the Aron should not move about from now and onwards.
Radak (Tehilim 132:8): This refers to the cloud of glory that was seen at Chanukas Beis ha'Mikdash, after they entered the Aron in the Kodesh ha'Kodoshim ? "when the Kohanim left the Kodesh, the cloud filled Beis Hashem" (Melachim I, 8:10).
Malbim (Tehilim 132:8): They should enter the Aron to the Kodesh ha'Kodoshim.
Why is it called "Aron Uzecha"?
'Rashi': It is due to its wonders and mighty acts against the Pelishtim. It says above (Divrei ha'Yamim I, 16:11) "Dirshu Hashem v'Uzo". Chazal expounded (Avodah Zarah 24b) that the cows that returned the Aron sang "Hoshi'ah Lo Yemino u'Zro'a Kadsho" (Tehilim 9:1).
What is the meaning of "Kohanecha Yilbeshu Seshu'ah"?
'Rashi': They should not be relocated. This is like "v'Hayah Tzedek Ezor Masnav" (Yeshayah 5:27).
Radak: You should accept their Korbanos and save them.
What is the meaning of "va'Chasidecha Yismechu va'Tov"?
'Rashi': [The Leviyim] should rejoice in the many good things and Ma'aseros given to them as reward for guarding the Aron and singing in front of it.
Radak: Chasidecha are those who dwell in Your Bayis to pray and to know Your ways.
