Why does it say "Yoruhu"?

Radak: They suddenly shoot arrows at him. I.e. he is like one at whom they suddenly shoot an arrow; he did not guard from it. So I did not guard from those who slander me to Sha'ul.

Why does it say "v'Lo Yira'u"?

Radak: They do not fear Kel, who sees them.
