What are "Tzavim"?

Rashi: They are wagons arranged ceremoniously with walls and a tent [over them]. This is like "Shesh Eglos Tzav" (Bamidbar 7:3).

Radak: This is like "Shesh Eglos Tzav"; its Targum is Kad Mechapin (covered). They are Kelim from connected pieces of wood used to carry people on animals. They decorate them with nice garments on the inside.

Why will they bring them in "Tzavim"?

Malbim: It is in order to bring Yisrael with great honor, and quickly.

What are "Kirkaros"?

1.

Rashi: It is song of people frolicking and dancing, like "v'David Mekarker" (Shmuel II, 6:14).

Rashi citing Menachem: It is a lamb 1 , like "Shilchu Char Moshel Eretz" (16:1).

Radak: They are camels, or another species that goes quickly. Due to this, it seems that they are Mekarker (dance).

Radak citing Targum Yonasan: It is praises.

Sheep, and especially lambs, do not carry people or loads! Perhaps the lambs are not to carry, rather, for Korbanos. (PF)

What is the comparison to bringing a Minchah in a Tahor Kli?

1.

Rashi: So they will bring your brothers for a gift that will be accepted.

Radak: Just like Yisrael bring a Minchah in a Tahor Kli to Beis Hashem, the Goyim will bring Yisrael in nice, Tahor clothes and in nice, esteemed chariots.

3.

Malbim: Also Yisrael in distant islands who assimilated among Nochrim, and will not return by themselves to Yerushalayim, the Nochrim will bring them in Taharah to Yerushalayim, like people bring a Minchah to Beis Hashem.

Why does it say "Al Har Kodshi"?

1.

Radak: Al is like El, e.g. "va'Tispalel Al Hashem" (Shmuel I, 1:10) is like El Hashem, and similar verses.
