What is the meaning of "Yakum Elokim"?

Radak #1: This is like "Kumah Hashem v'Yafutzu Oyvecha v'Yanusu Mesan'echa Mipanecha 1 " (Bamidbar 10:35). Kimah is showing His strength. Yakum is a Tefilah.

Radak #2: Yakum is a Nevu'ah, that Hashem will scatter His enemies. And so it was - Hashem's angel struck 185,000 2 .

Malbim: Our verse uses a similar expression. When Hashem rises to save His nation, His enemies are scattered from in front of Him.

Yeshayah 37:36. Sanhedrin 95b - these were the troop leaders. There were about 2.6 billion soldiers in all, and at most 14 survived.
