What is the meaning of "[Ki Amarti Tenachameni Arsi] Yisa v'Sichi Mishkavi"?

1.

Rashi: Lying down at night helps me to bear my pain a bit, and I can refrain from speaking.

2.

Malbim: I thought that the rest of my sick-bed will lighten the afflictions a bit, or my lying down will speak for me. I.e. I thought that those who come to visit me will see me bedridden, and they will speak for me, and I will not need to speak.
