Rashi: The Ervah of a Zonah. This is like "Shesoseihem" (Shmuel II, 10:4). Malbim - her Ervah is sunk in Zenus via her body's nature.
What is "Netzuras Lev"?
Rashi: This is like "k'Ir Netzurah" (Yeshayah 1:8) - it is surrounded by a siege. So this one's heart is surrounded with the evil of Zimah.
