Moshav Zekenim: This is when the Cheilev is intact, but if it became Tamei or was lost, the Kohen acquires the Chazah v'Shok through Zerikas ha'Dam - "v'Dam Zevachecha Yishafech? veha'Basar Tochel" (Devarim 12:27).
