Why does the Torah insert the (otherwise superfluous) word "Veheisir Hashem mimcha Kol Choli"?

Bava Metzi'a, 107b: Amora'im argue over what "Kol Choli" comes to include 2 : 1. 'Ayin ha'Ra' (Rav); 2. tempestuous winds (Shnuel); 3. extreme cold (R, Chanina); 4. excessive mucus 3 and wax in the ears (R?Yossi b?R. Chanina); 5. depression (or anger [R. Elazar]) 4 - that will not effect us.
Yerushalmi Shabbos, 14:3: Tana'im argue over what "Kol Choli" comes to include 5 : 1. high fever 6 (Rebbi); 2. overcome by gloomy thoughts; 7 (R. Eliezer ben Ya?akov); 3. a powerful Yeitzer ha'Ra 8 (Rebbi Avin) - that will effect our enemies but not us.
Ba'al haTurim: It refers to the ninety-eight - the Gematriya of "Kol Choli -"K'lalos in Ki Savo, which Hashem will remove.

Why does the Torah mention the "Madvei Mitzrayim"?
Ramban #1: To teach us that Hashem will place all those maladies on our enemies, just as He placed them on the Egyptians.
Ramban #2: To extrapolate that if we do not observe the Mishpatim, He will place them on us. 1

What is "asher Yada'ata" referring to?
Seforno: It refers to the maladies with which the Egyptians were stricken by the Yam-Suf. 1
Why does the Torah insert "u'Nesanam be'Chol Son'echa" together with the B'rachos of Yisrael?
Seforno: To magnify the miracle - in that even though Hashem will bring the contagious illnesses and plagues on our enemies, they will not affect us. 1
Oznayim la'Torah: Because that will leave them no time to scheme against Yisrael. 2
Seforno: In keeping with the Pasuk in Tehilim, 91:7 ?Yipol mi?Tzidcha Elef ? Eilecha Lo Yigosh?, (and as occurred by the ten plagues in Egypt). Refer also to 7:15:2:1.
