What is the difference between Nevu'ah and Ru'ach ha'Kodesh?

1.

R. Bachye: And this difference is manifest in the writings of Nevi'im and Kesuvim. See also R. Chavel's footnotes. However, the Torah of Moshe Torah was on a level of its own (seeing as Moshe the master of all prophets, prophesied with all his faculties intact). Hence Chazal always refer to Torah, Nevi'im and Kesuvim.
