Ramban (in Sh'mos 28:30) and and R. Bachye: Whereas Nevu'ah entailed the Navi losing all his faculties whilst prophesying, the recipient would have Ru'ach ha'Kodesh with all his faculties intact. 1

R. Bachye: And this difference is manifest in the writings of Nevi'im and Kesuvim. See also R. Chavel's footnotes. However, the Torah of Moshe Torah was on a level of its own (seeing as Moshe the master of all prophets, prophesied with all his faculties intact). Hence Chazal always refer to Torah, Nevi'im and Kesuvim.
