What is the meaning of "cha'Ish Gevuraso"?

Radak: We should not die through a youth, for we would be pained through his blow. He does not have enough strength to kill us quickly, at once. You are powerful, for according to a man's maturity, so is his strength. Strike us, and we will die quickly!

Radak: He informed that he took them for himself. He intended to be Sho'el (borrow or request) all the [other] Saharonim (verse 24).
