Malbim: When Yisrael will begin to sing and praise Hashem, they will be filled with shame from Hashem's honor.

Why does it say "vi'Yvakshu Shimcha"?

Radak: Then they will seek Your name, for they will know that there is none other than You, and all is in Your hand, and no man has power or Gevurah to do anything, if Kel does not want.

2.

Malbim: They will want to repent (but they will not be accepted - verse 18).
