What is the meaning of "Shasuhu"?

Radak: They plundered him. This is like "Mi Nasan li'Mshisah Yakov" (Yeshayah 42:24).

Why does it say "Kol Ovrei Derech"?

Radak: Since there was no wall or fortress, anyone who passed was able to plunder him.

Malbim: Now that the walls were breached, enemies going to make war with others were able to pass via his land, like Pharaoh Necho in the days of Yoshiyah.

Why does it say "Hayah Cherpah li'Shchenav"?

1.

Rashi: This is opposite what used to be, that all neighbors (kings around him) served him.

2.

Malbim: Now that there are no walls, the neighbors were able to breach the borders.
