What is the meaning of "your gold and silver are mine"?

1.

Malbim #1: They belong to me. Achav will be my slave, and all he has, [including] his wives, children and possessions are for my needs; he need not physically take them from him. Achav understood like this.

2.

Malbim #2: Achav will physically give them to him. This is why he specified "your gold and silver." If he meant that they belong to him because Achav is his slave, all his possessions belong to Ben Hadad! And why did he say only his good wives and children? All are his servants! Rather, he wants him to give these to him; now he wants only gold, silver and the good (beautiful) wives [and children].
