What is the difference between "Magen" and "Tzinah"?

Rashi: Magen is [a shield] of cooked hide. When one goes out to war, he anoints it with oil (so arrows will slip away). Tzinah is of wood; it is like our shields.

Radak: Tzinah is like a Magen, just it has different characteristics.
