Rashi: It jumped. This is like "Gid ha'Nasheh" (Bereishis 32:33); it jumped from its place.

Radak: It ceased. The same applies to "v'Nishsu Mayim meha'Yam" (Yeshayah 19:5).

Radak: They will be weak like women.

What is the meaning of "Hitzisu"?
