Sanhedrin 108:1: This teaches that Dor ha'Midbar has a share in the world to come 1 .

Rashi: Hashem addresses Shamayim va'Aretz; they should gather the exiles - "Uri Tzafon u'Vo'i Seiman" (Shir ha'Shirim 4:16).

Radak: He says to the nations that Yisrael is exiled among them, to bring them to Yerushalayim - "Yuval Shai la'Shem Tzevakos Am Memushach u'Morat", "v'Hevi'u Es Kol Acheichem mi'Kol ha'Goyim Minchah la'Shem" (Yeshayah 18:7, 66:20).

Malbim: He calls to Chasidai to gather "Koresei Brisi Alei Zevach."
