Why does it mention her mouth and tongue?

Malbim (Derech ha'Muskal): The mouth hints to Chachmah, and the tongue to Binah. Via her tongue in matters of Binah, great hidden matters in Torah were revealed to her. This is called Toras Chesed, for Chesed includes anything that comes out with great abundance, like one who increases in deeds in the way of Chasidus more than the law requires. One who has excessive understanding in secrets of Torah in investigation - this is called Toras Chesed.
