What are the implications of the words "ve'Chol Bas ... mi'Matos (plural) B'nei Yisrael"?

1.

Bava Basra, 111a #1: It implies that she inherits from two tribes - if her mother and father are from two different tribes. This teaches us that a daughter inherits her mother - Kal va'Chomer, a son. 1

2.

Bava Basra, 111a #2: The word "Matos" compares the inheritance from a mother to the inheritance from a father - to teach us that, like a son takes precedence over a daughter in the case of the latter, so too in the case of the former. 2
