Seeing as "Lo Osif Lishmo'a ... " is not a request for more Nevi'im, which request is the Torah referring to?

Ramban: The Pasuk is referring to Va'eschanan 5:24, where the Torah records the continuation of Yisrael's request, how they asked Moshe to hear what Hashem commanded and to pass it on to them. That constituted the acceptance of Nevi'im and to carry out their instructions. 1
