ג. מבדילים על הכוס ואין מברכים על הבשמים, אפילו אם חל להיות בשבת.	3. We recite Havdalah over a cup of wine, but do not recite the blessing over spices - even if Yom Kippur fell on Shabbos.
ד. מברכים על האור; ואין מברכים במוצאי יום הכיפורים על האוּר שהוציאו עתה מן האבנים; ויש אומרים שמברכים עליו מעמוד ראשון ואילך.	4. We recite the blessing over the fire, however we do not recite a blessing on Motza'ei Yom Kippur over fire just now produced from flint (or a match). But some say that we may recite over it, subsequent to its initial flare-up.
ה. ישראל שהדליק מעובד כוכבים אין מברכים עליו במוצאי יום הכיפורים, אף על פי שבמוצאי שבת מברכין עליו, שאין מברכים במוצאי יום הכיפורים אלא על האור ששבת מבעוד יום ממש, או על האור שהודלק ממנו; וכן נהגו להדליק מעששיות של בית הכנסת...	5. If a Jew lit a fire from that of a non-Jew, one may not recite a blessing over it on Motza'ei Yom Kippur - despite that on Motza'ei Shabbos we would recite over it - because on Motza'ei Yom Kippur we recite a blessing only over fire that absolutely "rested" [from Melachah] since before Yom Kippur, or over fire that was lit therefrom. Thus, the custom is to light from the lamps of the synagogue...

(ה) אפילו אם חל להיות בשבת - שטעם הברכה כדי להשיב את הנפש מפני הנשמה יתירה שהלכה לה, ועכשיו ביום הכיפורים לא היה בו נשמה יתירה מפני התענית. אבל רבים מהאחרונים חולקין על זה, וסוברין דכשחל בשבת יש לברך על הבשמים, ואין כאן חשש ברכה לבטלה כיון שנהנה...	5. [We do not bless on the spices], even if it is Motza'ei Shabbos - The reason we [generally] recite this blessing is to restore the spirit, due to the departure of the extra Neshamah [of Shabbos], but now on Yom Kippur there was no extra Neshamah, due to the fast. However, many Acharonim dispute this ruling, stating that when Yom Kippur fell on Shabbos we do bless over the spices. There is no concern over a blessing in vain, because he does benefit therefrom.
(ו) מברכים על האור - לפי שפסקה הנאתו בו ביום, שכל היום לא היו יכולין להשתמש בו, ועכשיו הותר לו.	6. We recite a blessing over the fire - Because our benefit therefrom was interrupted for the day; the entire day he could not benefit therefrom, and now it is permitted to him.
(ז) במוצאי יום הכיפורים על האור שהוציאו וכו' ... אכן אם חל יום הכיפורים בשבת מותר מדינא לברך במוצאי שבת על אור זה אכן מנהג העולם להחמיר ועל כל פנים בנר שהדליקו מן האור ההוא בוודאי יש להקל.	7. [We do not bless] on Motza'ei Yom Kippur over fire just now produced, etc... However, if Yom Kippur fell on Shabbos, it is permissible to recite the blessing on Motza'ei Shabbos over such a fire - however, the common custom is to be strict. In any event, one may certainly be lenient to bless over a candle that was lit from such fire.
