Why does it say "Neged Eineinu [Ochel Nichras]"?

1.

Rashi: We see.

2.

Radak: We see the grain ripe, and we see the locusts cut it off.

3.

Malbim: Even though it did not come yet, we already see it with our eyes - with an eye that sees the future as if it is present. It is as if the food is cut off in front of us.

What do we learn from "mi'Beis Elokeinu Simchah va'Gil"?

1.

Radak: Since the food is cut off, Simchah ceases from Beis Elokeinu. They used to bring Korbanos at the time Chag of harvesting and rejoice there. It was a great Simchah like it says "k'Simchas ha'Katzir" (Yeshayah 9:2).

2.

Malbim: They used to sing Shirah in the Beis ha'Mikdash at the time of Neshamos, like the Rambam writes.
