Rashi: They are linen garments. Malbim ? white linen garments show cleanliness from physicality.

What is "Kesem Ufaz"?

Rashi: A belt of a collection of pearls. Kesem is always an expression of a collection of gold or gems.

Ibn Ezra: The Aleph in Ufaz is extra, like the Aleph in Esmol, Ezro'a and Eshmor. Kesem is a ring with Paz (fine gold).

What is the significance of an angel's belt?

Malbim: It says about Chashmal that from the loins and above is a radiance that does not burn; below is fire that burns, and Midas ha'Din. An angel receives influence from Chesed and mercy - white linen garments hint to this. Below is Kesem Ufaz ? gold represents Din, due to those below, who receive.
