Bava Metzi'a 83b #1: (The standard workday starts at sunrise.) A worker comes to work on his employer's time (he leaves his house at sunrise).

Bava Metzi'a 83b #2: When the sun will shine for the Tzadikim, the wicked will be gathered to Gehinom.

Rashi: Forest Chayos hide from people in hiding places; then, people go out to work (verse 23). Radak - they gather due to (to hide from) people who go out to work in the field.

Why does it say "v'El Me'onosam"?

1.

Bava Metzi'a 83b: Every Tzadik will have a place according to his honor.

2.

Radak: This is like uv'Me'onosam. Similarly, "v'Nasata El ha'Aron Es ha'Edus" (Shemos 25:16).

3.

Malbim: They gather to their abodes.
