Radak: Yes - "u'Moshe v'Aharon Asu Es Kol ha'Mofesim ha'Eleh" (Shemos 11:10).

Is there a difficult between "Osos" and "Mofesim"?

Malbim: Yes. When warning preceded the Makah, this is an Os. When warning did not precede the Makah, this is a Mofes, e.g. lice, boils and darkness. It was not for a sign, merely to punish. The latter were "b'Eretz Cham" - they did not come to teach fundamentals of Emunah, only in the land, to punish them for their transgression.
