What is "Tachas Ahavasi"?
Rashi: Due to my love of You, they hate me.
Radak: I loved them, and they hated me.
Radak (31, from Shocher Tov): Yisrael says, when we sent to [Esav], we conducted with love - "Ko Amar Achicha Yisrael" (Bamidbar 20:14). He returned "Pen b'Cherev Etzei Likrasecha" (ibid., 27). Also refer to 109:5:1:1.
Why did he say "va'Ani Sefilah"?
Rashi: I pray to You constantly.
Radak: I am Ish Tefilah. This is like "Ki Chamudos Atah" (Daniel 9:23) - you are Ish Chamudos.
Radak citing his father: I have nothing other than Tefilah to Kel, that He will save me from their hand.
