What is the meaning of "ha'Rov Devarim Lo Ye'aneh"?
Rashi: Because he speaks many words, others will not answer him.
Malbim: I do not see in your words a reason to be vindicated in judgment. Either (a) you think that by elaborating to answer each time, those who argue with you will weary from answering you, and via this you will win the argument. Or, (b) refer to 11:2:2:3.
Why did he conclude "v'Im Ish Sefasayim Yitzdak"?
Devar Eliyahu: One whose nature is to speak many words, he will not be vindicated - 'anyone who speaks much, he brings sin' (Avos 1:17).

Malbim: Perhaps you think that because you are an eloquent speaker skilled to use metaphors, via this you will be vindicated. No! An argument is won via proofs, not via many words, metaphors and pleasant words.
