What is the significance of "v'Einei Resha'im Tichlenah"?
Rashi: When your enemies seek your harm, their eyes will wear out. Kilyon Einayim always refers to a hope that is not fulfilled.
Ibn Ezra (42:17): Iyov's sons were constantly at drinking parties. Wine corrupts Da'as. Hashem sent (killed) them for their sin!
Devar Eliyahu: They hope for salvation, and do not get it.
Malbim: They never rest from their desire. One who has 100, he seeks 200.

What refuge is lost from them?
Devar Eliyahu: They have no refuge after death.
Malbim: They have no refuge from death.
What do we learn from "v'Sikvasam Mapach Nafesh"?
Rashi: What they hope to see in you will be a disappointment for them.
Devar Eliyahu: Their hope for the world to come will be a disappointment for them - "v'Rabim mi'Yshenei Admas Afar Yakitzu Eleh l'Chayei Olam [v'Eleh la'Charafos l'Dir'on Olam]."
Malbim: Their Nefesh Tenafach [will be blown] from their bodies - "v'Es Nefesh Oyvecha Yekale'enah b'Soch Kaf ha'Kala." This is the opposite of Tzadikim - their hope is eternity of the Nefesh and life of the Neshamah.
