Malbim: This explains "v'Higbir Bris la'Rabim Shavu'a Echad" (9:27). He will flatter wayward Yisraelim in order that they will make a Bris with the Romans.

Ibn Ezra: It is flattery, like "Daberu Lanu Chalakos."

What is the meaning of "Yode'ei Elokav Yachaziku v'Asu"?

Rashi: Kosher Yisraelim persist in fear of their G-d and do not abandon it. They fulfill their Torah.

Ibn Ezra: People who know Hashem strengthen their hearts, and do as the Torah commands.

3.

Malbim: People who know Hashem will act in order to save the nation, e.g. R. Yochanan ben Zakai and his colleagues.
