Ramban: Here too, Moshe begins with the judgment that Hashem metes out to those who worship idols. This is followed by the Mishpatim of Navi Sheker and Ir ha'Nidachas, after he has discussed the Chukim concerning the Korbanos in the Beis-Hamikdash, and then those concerning forbidden foods and finally, the other Mitzvos.
