Sometimes, it says Lo Nish'ar. Why does it say here "Lo Nosar"?

Malbim: Nish'ar is with intent. Nosar is without intent. It is a bigger Chidush. Not only did no one remain that Yisrael knew about - there was not even a remnant unknown to them!
