Malbim: He will have happiness from it, in this world. Some have wealth, but Hashem does not allow them to eat from it.

When will "v'Tzidkaso Omedes la'Ad" be fulfilled?

1.

Radak #1: It is in the world to come.

2.

Radak #2: It is in this world. "La'Ad" means for his sons and grandsons, for all generations.

3.

Malbim: He will enjoy wealth in this world, and [reward for his virtue] is intact for him to consume his reward in the world to come.
