Why does it say "uv'Shem Hashem Ekra"?

Radak: I will thank You over the Korban, and call to many in the name of Hashem, who will be with me on the Korban 1 , and they will hear my thanks.

Malbim: I will publicize Hashem's name.

Todah is brought with 40 huge loaves, and it must be eaten the same day. Presumably, one invites many people to help consume the animal and the loaves! (PF)
