Radak: This is like 'Ketatah' in Chazal (Shabbos 130a). I quarreled with them more because they did not guard Your words, than I quarreled with them due to the evil that they did to me.

Radak citing his father: I saw them succeeding, and my life was loathe to me. This is like "Naktah Nafshi b'Chayai" (Iyov 10:1).
