Radak: Call to the nations in His name. This is like "va'Yikra Sham Avram b'Shem Hashem" (Bereishis 13:4).

Radak, from Targum Yonasan: When you pray to Him, call in His name. The same applies to "va'Ani Ekra b'Shem Elokai" (Melachim I, 18:24).

Malbim: Publicize His grandeur through informing of his Alilos (conduct via Hashgachah).

What are "Alilosav"?

Rashi: His deeds.

Malbim: Hashem's conduct of the world via nature is called in Tanach Pe'ulos or Ma'asim. His miraculous conduct is called Alilos. Nochrim recognize only natural conduct. In the future, they should thank Hashem for the good that He will do for them at every moment.
