What are "Klei Golah"?
Rashi (from Eichah Rabah 1:22): They are a Kli to drink in it, and a Kli to knead a small cake in it. Beis Yisrael in Yerushalayim should prepare them, lest they need to knead dough in a hole in the ground, and the gravel enters them. They did not heed him, and needed to do so. "Va'Yagres be'Chatzatz Shinai" (Eichah 3:16; their teeth broke).
Nedarim 41a: They are a lamp, a bowl, and a leather mat to eat on.
Radak: They are a staff, sack, cup, flask, and bowl. This is a sign that Yerushalayim's residents will be exiled.
What is the meaning of "u'Gle Yomam"?
Rashi: From day to day, two and three days, conduct like one who prepares for Galus. Every Yomam in Tanach is something that is done many days. R. Menachem said so; it is true.
Radak: Yomam is when the sun is [visible] on the land. Sometimes, Yom includes day and night. Hashem commanded him (a) to exile himself from place to place in the city in which he dwelled with Bnei ha'Golah, and to go to a house far from his house, in a place where Bnei ha'Golah will see. This is a sign that Yoshevei Yerushalayim will be exiled from it b'Yomam ? while their sun (success) is still shining on them. (b) Refer to 12:5:1:2.
Malbim: He should exile himself for one day within the city.
To whom does "l'Eineihem" apply, and why should they see it?
Rashi: Bnei ha'Golah will see, and ask what you do. You will tell them, it is a Siman for Tzidkiyah and his Am. They will send messengers and inform their brothers and relatives like all that they hear from your mouth.
Radak: It is Bnei ha'Golah. They falsely assure Yoshevei Yerushalayim that they will not be exiled.
Why does it add "v'Galisa mi'Mekomecha"?
Radak: Refer to 12:3:2:2.
Malbim: Exile yourself to a different city. This [and his previous exile within the city] hints to two exiles that already occurred ? 'they were exiled in the eighth, they were exiled in the ninth 1 .'
Our text in Megilah 11b, Erchin 12a and the Midrashim says 'in the seventh? in the eighth.' However, the Gemara says that they are one Galus - in the seventh year from the conquest of Yehoyakim, which was the eighth year of Nevuchadnetzar's reign! The Gemara discusses another Galus in the 18th year from Kivush Yehoyakim, i.e. the 19th year of Nevuchadnetzar, but that was after this Nevu'ah! This requires investigation. (PF)
Why does it say "Ulai Yir'u Ki Beis Meri Hemah"?
Rashi: Yir'u is to understand; it is a Safek, for they are Beis Meri.
Malbim: Perhaps amidst seeing this, they will remember the two exiles that passed over them.
