What is the significance of "Hashem Elokei ha'Tzevakos"?

1.

Radak: Even though I revealed Myself to your ancestor with Kel Shakai - "Ani Kel Shakai Pere u'Rve" (Bereishis 35:11), He revealed His honored name to Moshe. All of this was for your sakes, to do wonders to take you out from slavery to freedom. He is Yud Kei Vov Kei, and He is Elokei Tzevakos - the G-d of upper legions, i.e. angels and Galgalim with stars. He uses the names Kel and Elokim together with them. However, this name (Yud Kei Vov Kei) is not used for anything else. If you will do His will, He will be for you Elokim, just like He is Kel Elokei Tzevakos.

2.

Malbim: The Navi answers that Yisrael do not receive their influence from an angel or Sar, rather, from Hashem without an intermediary. Hashem rules over the legions of angels.

What do we learn from "[Hashem Elokei ha'Tzevakos] Hashem Zichro"?

1.

Rashi: Like I was then, so I am now. If you would go with Me in Temimus (purity) like your father Yakov I would conduct with you like I conducted with him.

2.

Radak: This is like He said "Zeh Shmi l'Olam v'Zeh Zichri l'Dor Dor" (Shemos 3:15). Targum Yonasan is like this.

3.

Malbim: We mention Hashem via Shem Havayah, and not via the name Tzevakos, Mal'ach or Sar. Why did they trust in angels and Sarim of the Ma'arachah?!
