Rashi: All Chochmah is in you. When you die, Chochmah will die with you. Malbim - so you think, that no one else has Chochmah. He also hinted that Chochmah is like a Mes with you - it does not live inside you. Tzufar himself said that [human] Chochmah does not understand things truly!

Ibn Ezra: Chochmah dies with you due to your folly. This is like "Nisrechah Chochmasam.'
