What is the meaning of "Lech la'Ketz"?

When is "Ketz ha'Yamin"?
Rashi: This is like at the end of days. Do not say that ha'Yamin is right (like right hand 1 ). Mesores ha'Gadol lists it among words with a final Nun in place of a Mem, e.g. "v'Lo Ya'amin ba'Chayin", "Kach Lecha Chitin"...
Malbim: The first Ketz begins after 1290 years (verse 11) and 1000 years (from verse 12), i.e. 5628. The remaining 335 are the Gematriya of Ketz ha'Yamin - then will be Techiyas ha'Mesim. Ketz is repeated because there are two Ketzim. It has a Nun in place of a Mem so the Gematriya will be correct (335).
