Which Kohanim are listed here?

Malbim: These are the leaders who ascended with Zerubavel the first time. These are the same 22 who signed on the Chasum (10:2-9), just six of those are omitted here. Six esteemed Kohanim who came later are listed here, in place of them. There are 24 Mishmaros! We must say that for two of these, also his son headed a Mishmar. Or, two sons of Yeshu'a headed Mishmaros; he himself is not counted among the 24.
