Malbim: You will not refrain from saying my sin due to flattery, for we are Neged (in front of) Hashem, nor will you fear, for we are Neged Meshicho (His king).

Rashi: Whenever an expression of Merutzeh is near Oshek, it is an expression of Oshek and Ratzutz, extorting the poor and downtrodden.

Radak: Ashakti is monetary [affliction]; Ratzosi is bodily, like "Ashuk v'Ratzutz" (Devarim 28:33).

Nedarim 38a: Ashakti is by force; Ratzosi is willingly. I.e. I did not even take one's money with his consent. Radak - Ratzosi is based on Ratzon, even though it is not the same root.

Malbim: Oshek is withholding what belongs to another, e.g. wages. Ratzosi is to request a gift b'Ratzon (willingly). Or, it is from Ratzutz (broken). Even though it is worse than Oshek (if Lo Ashakti, all the more so, Lo Ratzosi!), it is a bigger Chidush regarding payment (I will pay all payments for bodily damage), and all the more so return money that I took.

Radak: It is [a bribe] to tilt the verdict.

Malbim It is payment in place of Misah or lashes that one needed to receive.

Rashi, Targum Yonasan: And I overlooked [a claim] against him (because he paid me).

Radak: If you are ashamed to say in front of me, I will hide my eyes and not see [who said so], and he will tell you, and I will return it.

Malbim: It is not administering Misah or lashes [due to accepting ransom].

Rashi: I will return to you [whatever you say that I took].

Malbim: I will return even Kofer [to exempt someone from bodily punishment, even though no one lost through this].
