Why does it say here "Ishto"? Above (verse 15), she is called Eshes Uriyah!
Radak: She was Eshes Uriyah until he died (i.e. she was Eshes Uriyah when she conceived from David).
Why does it say both "va'Yavo Eleha" and "va'Yishkav Imah"?
Radak: This teaches that she did not become pregnant from the first Bi'ah.
Radak citing a Drashah: He came to her with a claim. She did not want to have Bi'ah. She said, the child died due to the sin. Even if I will have a viable baby, his brothers will scorn him, for initially I came to you in sin 1 . It is hard to resolve this with Midrash ha'Gadol (Bereishis 23:1), which says that she knew via Ru'ach ha'Kodesh that her son will be Chacham mi'Kol Adam. Did she expect to remarry [another king, without whom she is permitted] after David dies?! (PF)
Why is it written va'Yikra, and we pronounce it va'Tikra?
Radak: The writing hints that Hashem called him Shlomo, like it says in Divrei ha'Yamim I, 22:8-9 "vi'Hi Alai Devar Hashem
Why is this attributed to her? Also David would heed the Navi's word! Malbim - Hashem told David that his successor will be named Shlomo. He did not say which son this will be. David decided to call her next son Shlomo, and Hashem consented. Radak can explain similarly, just Bas Sheva decided to call her next son Shlomo; Hashem and David consented. (PF)
Why does it say "va'Shem Ahevo"?
Radak (20): This teaches that the next child was viable, and Hashem desired him, after David repented and regretted his sin. "And Hashem loved him", unlike the first child who was conceived in sin, and Hashem hated him and killed him.
Radak: This is like it says above (7:14) "I will be to him like a father and he will be to me like a son."
