What is the meaning of "Rak b'Zadon Yiten Matzah"?

1.

Rashi: Argument [is only b'Mezid].

2.

R. Yonah #1: A Rasha does not contain his evil intent. He does not rule over his Ru'ach and Yetzer.

3.

R. Yonah #2: One who is always Mezid, he will make arguments, which come from Zadon - "Ba Zadon va'Yavo Kalon" (11:2).

4.

Malbim: Zadon refers to one who intentionally argues with the laws of Chachmah and Emes openly, and he does not submit to Chachamim's words - "veha'Ish Asher Ya'aseh b'Zadon l'Vilti Shemo'a El ha'Kohen" (Devarim 17:12).

2)

Why does it say "v'Es No'atzim Chachmah]?

1.

Rashi: Chachmah will dwell with those who take counsel.

2.

R. Yonah: They recognize the nature of Zadon in themselves, and do not act according to their hearts' desires. Since there is an argument between them and their colleagues, they will say that perhaps Zadon tilts their own hearts and desires, so they take counsel with others how to help [cease] the quarrel.

3.

Malbim: Matzah is a great argument, close to hitting and war. When there is Merivah and different opinions among the nation, they do not come to Matzah if they are No'atzim, i.e. gather and take counsel. Everyone says his opinion, and they decide according to the laws of Chachmah that they received from their Rebbeyim. They come to Matzah only if they are Zadon, to brazenly argue with the laws of Chachmah and Emes, like Korach's congregation.
