Why does it say here "b'Chol Oz", and in Shmuel II, 6:5 "b'Chol Atzei"?

1.

'Rashi': There it refers to all wooden musical instruments. Here it refers to all splendor of musical instruments.

2)

Why does it say "uv'Shirim" with the prefix Vov?

1.

Radak (Shmuel II, 6:5): The Vov is superfluous 1 .

Radak discussed the corresponding verse there "b'Chol Atzei Berushim uv'Kinoros uvi'Nvalim?" He also gave another answer (refer to Shmuel II, 6:5:2:2), but it cannot explain our verse. (PF)

What are "Metziltayim?

1.

'Rashi': They are not musical instruments (unlike all the others listed). They are only for making noise, like drums on which one bangs with sticks. It says "u'Metziltayim Mashmi'im", "v'Eisan bi'MtziltayimNechoshes Lehashmi'a" (15:16, 19). "Ha'Tzelatzal" (Devarim 28:42) is a kind of grasshopper that makes noise, like it says in Yo'el (2:5) "k'Kol Markevos?" . Radak: They are cymbals.
