Who are the Chasidim?

1.

Radak: They are Yisrael.

2)

Why will they rejoice in honor?

1.

Radak: They will rejoice in their honor, for it will be forever.

2.

Malbim: They will rejoice in Hashem's honor that hovers over them.

3)

What is the meaning of "Yeranenu Al Mishkevosam"?

1.

Refer to 149:6:1:1.

2.

Radak #1: They will sing to Hashem over their rest, which will endure. "Mishkevosam" is their rest - "u'Shchavtem v'Ein Macharid" (Vayikra 26:6).

3.

Radak #2: [They will sing] on their beds, when they are alone at night.

4.

Malbim: Also after the dance (refer to 149:3:1:2), when they lie down to rest, they will sing due to great Simchah. This hints that also after the body dies and rests in the grave, they will sing. One whose Nefesh clung to Hashem in life, he will die via Neshikah 1 and cling to Him with song, Simchah and great praise.

1

Malbim implies that many will die via Neshikah. Only six died this way - the Avos, Moshe, Aharon and Miryam (Bava Basra 17a)! Perhaps the future will be different, for "Mal'ah ha'Aretz De'ah Es Hashem" (Yeshayah 11:9). (PF)
