Here it says that Melech Ashur seized the cities of Yehudah. In Divrei ha'Yamim II, 32:1 it says that he camped against them, "va'Yomer Levik'am Elav"!

Radak: He intended to break the wall [and conquer them], and did so. Likewise "Lehargo v'Armah" (Shemos 21:14) - and he killed him, "Lishkav Es Bas Yakov" (Bereishis 34:7), and he lied with her, "Ki Sechel Liznos" (Vayikra 21:9) and she was Mezanah, and similar verses.
