What is the meaning of "Maher Michah"?

Targum Yonasan (Melachim I, 22:9): Quickly 1 Teva (seek) Michah. Radak (ibid.) ? similarly, the Targum of "v'Chash Asidos Lamo" (Devarim 32:35) is u'Maba d'Asid Lehon.

Radak omits 'quickly', for this is the simple meaning of Maher. He brings 'seek' from the Targum, for the verse did not explicitly say so. (PF)
