What is the meaning of "Ki Somar Mah Nirdaf Lo"?
Rashi: "Ki" means perhaps, like "Ki Somar bi'Levavecha." Perhaps you will put your hearts to have mercy, and say 'why do we pursue him?'
Ibn Ezra: Will any of you say that you did not pursue me?!

Why did he add "v'Shoresh Davar Nimtza Vi"?
Rashi: It will never cross your minds to think what good is in me, on which I stand.
Ibn Ezra: Do you find any evil root in me?
Malbim: You say that I am not pursued, for I have a root (the Nefesh) which is not destroyed, and will receive Hashem's good later. This cannot be, for my body is destroyed 1 .
Malbim: Iyov held that the Nefesh clings only to a body. Without this 'garment', it cannot live in a way that pertains to its previous existence, to receive reward or punishment for it.
