Why does it say "Ed Shekarim Lo Yenakeh v'Yafi'ach Kezavim Yoved"? It already said "Ed Shekarim Lo Yenakeh v'Yafi'ach Kezavim Lo Yimalet" (5)!
1.
R. Yonah: It is proper to warn greatly to distance Sheker, for one who speaks Sheker has no end and hope. I elaborated about this above (refer to 19:5:3:1).
2.
Malbim: Here it discusses one who contemplates and concludes falsely. Binah contemplates Emes and Sheker, and it testifies Sheker, e.g. to deny Hashem's existence or Hashgachah. He will not be cleansed from punishment, even if he spews Kezavim via misleading comparisons; the Sheker is not recognized immediately, only after investigation. He will perish.
