Why does it say here 7,000 chariots, and in Shmuel II, 10:18 it says 700 chariots?

Radak: There it counts only the choice chariots. Here it teaches that there were 7,000 in all.

Malbim: Ezra explained that every chariot had 10 horses. (There it counts the number of chariots. Here it counts the number of horses in the chariots.)

Why does it say here 40,000 [foot] soldiers, and in Shmuel II, 10:18 it says 40,000 horsemen?

Radak: Here it mentions only the horsemen, and there, only the foot soldiers.
2.
Malbim: Ezra explained that they are called horsemen based on their Gevurah and training to ride on horses, but at the time they were on foot.
