How will the land answer the grain, wine and oil?
Radak: It will give its crops, "v'Etz ha'Sadeh Yiten Piryo" (Vayikra 26:4).
Malbim: The land's strength and fatness will increase, to produce the requested yield (refer to 2:23:1:2).
Who are "Yizre'el"?
Rashi: Bnei ha'Golah who were Nizre'u (seeded) and gathered.
Radak: "Bi'Rbos ha'Tov Rabu Ocheleha" (Koheles 5:10; when there is great good, there are many to consume it.) for the desolate places will be full of Tzon Yisrael. Regarding punishment, Yisrael are called Yizre'el because they were seeded amidst the Goyim. Also at the time of salvation they are called Yizre'el, for they will be seeded in their land ? "u'Zratiha Li ba'Aretz" (25).
